so whatever week we are in is THIS tuesday. ie. even if it is thursday, THIS tuesday would be the Tuesday that passed?

also - does that mean your week goes from sun - sat? or mon - sun?

I believe THIS tuesday is the first tuesday in THIS week, and that NEXT tuesday is the tuesday in NEXT week.
