Have you ever thought about making videos with him now? Your videos give such great insight into snippets of your life--they're so authentic. Your post made me think of the Last Lecture and I'm thinking that perhaps you could have a series of conversations with your dad to share with the world. You do such a great job of sharing yourself--I can only imagine that a great man raised such a great daughter and all of these emotional posts kinda make me want to meet him. No doubt it would be very difficult, but I think it would be something you were glad you did years from now.

thank you...thank you for those kind words.

i thought about doing that but my dad is so far gone that I almost feel like the video wouldn't capture him truthfully. but, you are right, I would look back and be glad I did it.

i think im going to try it out...see how my dad reacts to me with a video camera and how the video turns out.

you are a wonderful motivator :)
